Live Better Louisiana is an OGB program that will give OGB Louisiana Blue plan members resources to help them better monitor their health, understand their risk factors and make educated choices that keep them healthier along with receiving a $10 per month discount on their health care premiums. It's sponsored by Louisiana Blue at no extra charge to members.
Earn your 2027 premium credit by completing an Ochsner Wellness Screening . Blue Cross partners with Ochsner Health to offer no-cost to you wellness screenings at convenient locations across the state. During your visit, you’ll meet with a registered nurse, receive point-of-care test, and get a personalized health report with results and recommendations.
Please note: If you completed a Catapult Health clinic or submitted a Catapult PCP form between Oct. 1, 2025, and Feb. 28, 2026, you do not need to do anything again with Ochsner Health to complete the 2026 LBL program.
How to participate:
Review the screening schedule below and choose a location that works for you. To schedule your appointment, visit Ochsner Wellness Screenings and enter the event code for the location you selected.
When a location is labeled *Employees ONLY* or *Employees & Retirees ONLY* that means the clinic is only open to employees at that location or retirees who have worked there in the past due to security restrictions.
