Some research has also shown patients with chronic conditions have improved outcomes under this level of personalized care. We have a 95% member-retention rate, and our patients have a 99% likelihood of recommending our physicians.

Your annual membership fee with Ochsner Concierge Health provides 24/7/365 access to your primary care physician, along with unlimited virtual visits. Our personal scheduling coordinator schedules you for an in-person appointment quickly, without the weeks of waiting at other facilities. And if you need care from one of our more than 1,000 Ochsner physician specialists, our concierge health referrals ensure you’ll be seen in a timely fashion.

Ochsner offers concierge health services at Ochsner Medical Center - New Orleans in the first floor clinic atrium. However, established patients have access to virtual visits, making our services an attractive solution even if you aren’t a resident of the Crescent City.

Ochsner Concierge Health is designed to help improve your overall wellness, just like seeing a regular primary care physician. We’re here to work with you whether you’re already in great health and want to stay that way or you want to improve some health metrics. These programs help you manage health conditions remotely and improve your overall health. Research has shown that around 80% of digital medicine participants achieved blood pressure control or met their A1C goal after six months.

At Ochsner, our concierge health program isn’t confined to physician care. Our holistic approach to wellness goes above and beyond to help ensure you have the support you need on your healthcare journey at no extra charge. Other benefits include:

We also provide free and convenient valet parking for all concierge health clients.

Concierge health patients are provided with their physician’s phone number. You can call any time, day or night, with questions about your medical issues. Additionally, patients can also take advantage of unlimited, on-demand telemedicine visits.

Your health insurance will not cover the annual membership costs for our program. However, we do bill private insurance companies and Medicare for services once you are a patient. You are still responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

It’s easy to walk away from Ochsner Concierge Health if you’re moving out-of-state or feeling like your health goals have changed. Just send us a letter, and we’ll refund your membership fee (minus a two-month waiting period).

Currently, we do not offer pediatric concierge health services. However, if your children are 18 or older, they’re welcome to sign up. Discounts may be available for family members.
